It is currently unknown if the instance will follow the events from Warcraft III's manual or the novel. While mostly similar, they do have key differences; such as the prescence of time travelling Rhonin, Krasus, and Brox in the latter.
Speculation
It could be possible that one of the bosses will be Azzinoth, the Doomguard with the blades later wield by Illidan.
